For over two decades, I’ve worked inside founder-led companies—leading, scaling, and problem-solving alongside entrepreneurs building something that matters. From early-stage ventures to multi-million-dollar turnarounds, I’ve helped bring order to chaos and strategy to execution.

But the truth is, leadership isn’t just for the boardroom. It’s also what we practice every day at home—especially in the layered, emotional work of raising families, blending households, and holding space for others while navigating our own growth.

There’s no one-size-fits-all playbook for either. Most of us learn by doing—through trial and error, gut instinct, and lived experience. My role is to walk with you in that process—whether you’re leading a business, a family, or both—and help you move forward with more clarity, confidence, and purpose.

As a mom in a blended family of five kids, I know the weight of showing up for others while holding it all together. I’m here to help you lead from a place that’s grounded, honest, and true to what matters most.
