Hi, I’m Claudia Ferrer — strategist, operator, and mission champion.

I’ve spent over two decades inside founder-led companies — not just leading them, but building them with my sleeves rolled up. From early-stage ventures to multi-million-dollar turnarounds, I’ve worked alongside entrepreneurs to solve complex problems, create structure from chaos, and move strategy into execution.

There’s no one-size-fits-all playbook for founders. Most of us learn by doing — often alone, through mistakes, tough calls, and lived experience. I help founders move faster and with more confidence by creating solutions tailored to their real, immediate challenges.

I bring both a strategist’s discipline and an operator’s instinct — I’ve led sales, designed org structures, rebuilt budgets, launched products, and stabilized operations under pressure. My work is tactical, direct, and shaped by what makes each business distinct.
